Kristen Stewart: “I Envy People” Who Aren’t Self-Conscious
Kristen Stewart reveals in a new interview her thoughts on how other people, including celebrities, function in life compared to herself. During her candid discussion, the actress opens up about her personality, insecurities, and many other topics.
As Gossip Cop reported, Stewart covers the 15th anniversary issue of AnOther Magazine. In her profile story, the actress says, “I wish I could dance like nobody was watching. I danced the other night and it felt so f***in’ good. And it’s so not like me. I envy people like that so much. I’m pretty physical, but I really need to let myself go. Honestly, I just wish I could f***in’ dance more. That’s all.”
But Stewart goes on to note that being less self-conscious isn’t the same thing as being disingenuous. She feels that famous people “who are interested in selling a life as if it’s a comic book story… It’s just bullsh*t distraction.” The actress adds, “A lot of people make a lot of money on that, because we wanna get distracted.”
As for her acting career, Stewart says that despite her faults, she perseveres. “I f**k up a lot,” the actress admits. “But the work never stops.” She goes on to convey what she often says to herself during a take, which includes, “One more time with feeling. Do it again, do it again. Oh, you think you f***ed up? You don’t think that was good enough? Sweet, do it again.”
