I’m sorry, but I have to disagree somewhat. I believe that it takes more than love to get over something like this. He is a man with a lot of pride. She cheated on him in the most profound and public way. I don’t believe that this was her intentions, and who knows if it was once, twice, three times or ongoing, she nonetheless betrayed him and their “Love.” The only thing that I do agree upon after all this time is that their love was not strong enough. It’s not strong enough to overcome this and yes, they should move on. I believe that they both may have started to drift apart, but again, we don’t know anything. I like them both! the problem is that it won’t be as simple and smooth as you think… the world is very cruel with women, people won’t forget about this so easily and media won’t let it. Some gossip can be forgotten, specially if never confirmed, but those pictures will be forever displayed, and used against her. Future relationships will also be impacted, guys will always think that if she did this with Robert, they would risk being public humiliated as well, so it’s not going to be so easy for her. I feel very bad for her, i’m sure it was a very, very poor judgement, but the price she’s paying is too high.

I had made a recommendation a long time ago and still think it’s valid. There was a very good book called Prep School or something like that. Interesting drama about a young girl from the midwest getting a scholarship to a tony private school in Massachusetts where she was a duck out of water, ended up dating a wealthy guy who betrayed her and then struggled in school to end up at a good college. It had a lot of dramatic moments. But I think her image should be retooled to someone like that, attending a prep school, being the underdog, someone to root for and intelligent. This teen emo uber sexual lolita business is harking too close to her image in real life. She needs to move on quick from that. If she can get an entree to Yale ala Jodie or Williams College ala Jay McInerny, then I would grab that one.
