People like drama, drama, drama. So showbiz spy gave it to them. The fact is that Kristen was indeed filming. She has just begun filming. Taylor was able to attend because his film was further along. During the Eclipse promotions she and Taylor Lautner did promotions in Europe, Australia, South Korea and attended the premiere in NYC, etc. while Robert Pattinson was filming. This is business. She didn’t attend the Teen Choice Awards because she had a working conflict; end of story. She has always been up to doing her job. Maybe she should have cloned her self so that she could be two places at the same time.

Rob went to visit her because he wanted to be with her and his friend. There is no more to this.

Of course, it’s false. The TCA’s isn’t important. Even Bieber didn’t show up. Kristen was working on OTR, which is a lot more important. Kristen has been doing movie premieres and interviews since she was 11. She travels all over the world for the huge Twilight events. I don’t think she’s having a breakdown. If she is and managing her work schedule, she would be a miracle worker. The girl has been in Canada, California, and Argentina this month.

The way some of the Crazy people are posting on there, well I could have a break down if I read things about me like they are writing! It seems like there are so many Jealous people out there that may “Think” they would have a shot at Rob? and can not except any thing other than they are not a couple and she is not a nice person. @Kate…Rob went because he had break in his filming schedule, completed Bel Ami and Water for Elephant prior to filming Breaking Dawn. After 6 months of working on Breaking Dawn, he will have to make time to work on Unbound Captives. He has been working continuously for almost two years. So now he has a break.

Also attending these awards is business for these people. It’s not total just for enjoyment. Attending the awards show to present. etc is work for these people. Quite frankly did you see the wolf pack in row behind Ashley Greene, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner? They looked bored…one of them had their eyes closed. I am not saying that sometimes they don’t enjoy these events but let’s face it they have gone to the TCAs several years in a row.

Also there are other details for a woman attending these awards as opposed to a guy. Taylor just had to put on a clean, pressed shirt and some nice jeans and he was good to go. Kristen being a woman would have to have her stylist select outfits for her to pick one, would have to hair, nails and make up, etc. Taylor could conceivably take a flight, go to the awards and go back to Pittsburgh. A woman would have to leave the night before, spend time the next day getting ready, and return to the set the following day. Taylor could, thought I don’t think that he did because he went to after parties, make it an over night trip. For a female it would be a minimum of a three day trip. Let’s face if Kristen showed up and just wore jeans , didn’t have her hair and make up done, etc. and left right away. She would receive many negative comments they would say that she was a mess, etc.

Last week it was Rob who was having the “break down” and Kristen was worried sick about him. Drama, Drama, Drama.

But before we judge anyone on how they act under these circumstances…ask yourself…could YOU handle it with any grace or tolerance at all? I don’t know that I could or even would if I could.
Makes me wonder …..if Hollywood stars were the ship on Whale Wars…would everyone cheer if they pelted the paps with rancid butter like they do the whalers?

Fact is, this is a very sharp, double-edged sword for the stars… Their craft puts them in the spotlight where we all want to see them and know them. But to do that ,they have to tolerate the paps… Unless the legal sysem can somehow offer a solution to protect them, we, the hungry public can only voice our concern by not using the offending product.

To Rob and Kristen… about people….if you aren’t sleeping with them and they aren’t writing your paycheck-who gives a crap what they think. (parents excluded)
There are alot of us that think all of the work you guys are doing is worth it and we look forward to what your careers bring in the future..

Rob does nothing but work. He went to Montreal after wrapping up the last of shooting for Water For Elephants. He wrapped up Bel Ami shooting in April. Did the Twilght Eclipse promo tour and countless interviews thereafter till the premiere of Eclipse. Keep in mind he was already filming Water For Elephants while doing the promo for Eclipse. He’s taking a well deserved break right know. Then he starts fight training for Breaking Dawn. Filming for Breaking Dawn is supposed to start in October-November. Both parts will be shot back to back. And (getting tired just thinking about all this) he is supposed to start filming Unbound Captives in December, don’t ask me how. What about any of that says jobless? I’m just saying…..
Oh ya, and Twilight, Twilight promo tour & interviews. New Moon filming, Remember Me filming,Eclipse filming, New Moon promo tour & interviews, Remember Me promo tours & interviews, Bel Ami filming….

Just to enlighten those of you who seem to have reading comprehension problems — Showbiz Spy is merely a compendium of the various stories in different publications about different celebrities. They don’t publish any of these magazines; that’s why they always quote the name of the magazine. In the newsagent this morning side by side – Look magazine -Kristen in crisis – Robert’s Emergency dash to save her! (Stew-Pot has probably sprained both of her middle fingers – that would be a crisis because now she’ll be reduced to trying to get a coherent sentence out), and More magazine – Kristen and Rpatz move in together. Bit late with that story but…So even over here Robbie and Stew-Pot are reduced to the level of talentless oinks like Jordan and Cheryl Cole. As they say, if the shoe fits…and it certainly does. Both will be out of work long-term after BD. Him because he’s managed to alienate most of those in his fanbase who would have gone to see BA and WFE and her because no one wants to see anything she’s in – other than the TWIT saga – and that will be dead and buried soon.

@susiedolly, I am well aware that Gossip Cop reports on what is written in other publications and either proves them to be correct or tries to let us know the facts. Basically there was no crisis on Kristen’s or Robert’s side. He just went to visit her and his friend Tom, end of story. There was no story…just a made up one. Ashley didn’t go to the MTV award no one made a big deal about that and she wasn’t at the time working on any projects. Kristen had a legitimate work conflict yet people immediately make up stories as to why she didn’t attend.

He has not alienated his fan base. Not every fan of his has dreams of a relationship with him and no matter how famous he becomes he is entitled to have relationships. The major award that he won for the TCAs was not for Twilight. Kristen, prior to the Twilight Saga, has completed over 2 dozen films. In all of the films received positive comments. She is still very young and is still developing even stronger skills as an actor. She has a long, illustrious career ahead of her.

If these two actors taper to less films a year after the Twilight Saga, it will more a function that they are being more selective about what they appearing not for lack of offers. What I find amusing is the emotional response people give to people that don’t really know.

I personally will go to see many of their films after Twilight.

@robsessed, I agree that he has worked very hard and hasn’t had a break until now. However, for Eclipse he only did the US promotions. Kristen, Taylor, Xavier, Ashley, etc…were the one that did the promotion out of the US. Kristen and Taylor went to Australia, South Korea, Sweden, Germany, and Italy. Ashley, Xavier etc, went to Spain, England, France etc. It is true however that he has been working steadily since the first Twilight Saga film began filming. The filming schedule for Unbound Captives has not been determined yet because the filming for Break Dawn will start with fight training, rehearsals in October and then there will be 5 months of filming that will end in March. They will be filming both films back to back.

Further more @susiedolly, when asked questions about her work Kristen is very articulate. The times that she is tight lipped is when asked questions about her personal life.

I wouldn’t expect that Rob could have gone around the world for the promo of Eclipse AND film WFE at the same time. He would need a clone for that. But, my point was that he did do the U.S. promo tour for Eclipse, as much as he could. He is a hard working man.

He is thankful for his true fans that support him and has, to my knowledge, never been cross with any fan. His career will only get better. Whether with Kristen or not, and everyone knows my position on that, his fans will support him. His true fans. Thank you, criskoz -I am not ridiculous, and others who didn’t like what I had to say – if you think that is hatred or envy you must live a very sheltered existence or assume that money means everything. I presume ‘haters’ is your favourite word – it most certainly is for the congenital idiots in Ted C’s nut-house. This is called valid criticism. After an interview where RP mouthed off about internet nerds, KS’s comment likening herself to victims of sexual violence and her foul-mouthed comment about the Queen – and yes I am English – any respect I had for either of them vanished. And given that their only successful films have been the TWIT saga, neither of them should be proud of their body of work. I would think the mark of success is good reviews- not lots of money.I suspect that old RP would give anything to have the kind of career that Tom Sturridge has. He may not have made a lot of money but he is well-respected and is considered talented, and he was nominated for several awards for the play Punk Rock and won one of them and he was competing with actors like Jude Law, Mark Rylance, Eddie Redmayne (who won a Tony Award). The only awards (aside from the Strasbourg Film Festival Best Actor for How to Be pre-TWIT) that poor old Rob has won are the rubbish ones – MTV, TCA, Nickelodeon. Yes, RP received a TCA for Remember Me but he needs awards from respected critics/his peers. Trotting out that old chestnut about wanting a relationship with him – that is so redundant, but it goes hand in hand with the juvenile ‘haters’ comment. I want him to do worthwhile work not TWIT Saga no. 95. A lot of his fans are Edward fans, and only want him to appear with Stew-Pot. The Remember Me results should have proved that. And it would be good if he started acting his age and not like his 14-year old (mentally that is) girlfriend. Don’t be too sure that she will continue to get work. She has too much talented competition now in her age group – from actresses who don’t behave like petulant 14 year-olds and some have even had Oscar noms already. I assume you are all waiting for her to get a nomination for humping a pole in WTTR. I wouldn’t hold my breath.

To kristlwrd thank you for your erudite response – unfortunately I didn’t understand most of what you’ve written and wasn’t sure what language that was. And to ‘snack’ – I have been a fan of RP since around four years ago after watching him in both The Haunted Airman and Bad Mother’s Handbook on TV over here. At that time he could act. And it was obvious from Remember Me that he can still act. However, the TWIT saga is drivel and his acting is wooden. So to say I’m not a fan is untrue. But he appears to have ‘gone Hollywood’ in a big way recently and I can’t help but feel that it is the influence of the churlish S-P. I have yet to see a movie where he was good but I’m willing to give Water for Elephants a chance. I don’t think they would put him with such a talented cast if he was awful. It’s great that he is losing Twilight fans because they won’t support his other movies anyway. He needs a new base. Twilight won’t last forever. If I like what I see, I will join that base.

If either Robert or Kristen was going to have a breakdown it would have happened during the first Twilight when they were thrust into extreme fame. They both handle it well now. Kristen has been doing movies since she was 10 and she’s escaped the usual child star doldrums. She has work lined up after Twilight and has turned down roles. I think she can handle herself.

I am with you! I am also a huge Rob fan. I am dedicated to his career as an actor and musician. I, for one, have loved all his movies. Haunted Airmen, Harry Potter, Little Ashes, How To Be, Twilight, Remember Me. I will also be there for WFE and Bel Ami. In fact, I can’t wait to see those two movies. For me, this has nothing to do with the Twilight movies and everything to do with his talent as an actor. He was absolutely brilliant in Little Ashes!! And in Remember Me!! I own every movie I can find. I just ordered The Bad Mother’s Handbook today. And I can’t wait to see it.

I really don’t see how you can say you’re a fan of Rob’s yet, speak of him so badly. You have me stumped. Every actor has his good movies and bad movies. I, for one, don’t believe he has any bad movies but, that’s just my opinion. I don’t believe for one moment that he has “gone Hollywood”. He doesn’t act that way at all. And just because he didn’t rush right back to London after WFE wrapped up doesn’t mean that he is enjoying being harrassed by the paparazzi. He absolutely IS NOT a conceited Hollywood brat. In example look at Linsay Lohan, Paris Hilton (before she settled down), Robert Downy Jr. (before he settled down), Charlie Sheen (in youth & now). And his not rushing back to London has nothing to do with him knowing that people in London don’t brown nose celebrities. A loyal fan doesn’t talk that way. A loyal fan sticks with the person, team, whatever or whoever they’re a fan of. They defend them. They do not attack them.
I believe that England should be very proud of Rob. He is classy, well mannered, educated, patient, talented, mature, a total gentleman, and very good to his LOYAL fans.
Case in point: he handles the paparazzi with nothing but class. He doesn’t yell at them, flip them off, cuss them out, etc. Nothing but, class. And, in the video of the paparazzi incident a few weekends ago in Malibu, he greets a female fan and speaks with her through his open car window, he even smiles. A total gentleman, as usual.

A lot of his friends are in LA at the moment. English friends. Friends he’s been friends with for years.What has Rob done that is so bad in your opinion? Please give me an example. And I am no drone. Sorry – I’m not lonely and most of my friends who are Rob fans feel the same way about him that I do: that they are disappointed because they think his attitude has changed – and for the worse. Re: Princess Diana – most of the photographers who chased her to her death were not English, and most of the ones that make people’s life hell in the US are English. They’re over there because our laws are now so strict you can’t chase someone through the street, you can’t stand outside their front door – there’s a minimum distance – and some of our roads aren’t as wide as that distance. When a celeb is considered to be on their private time they can have the photogs arrested if they are following them around. The only places where they have access are clubs like The Groucho and The Ivy. That is why so many photos of our celebs show them falling down drunk. It’s about the only place they can be got at. That’s why I said he’d have a quieter time here. No car chases through the streets here on a Saturday. It’s a very different more private environment for him. And as for his friends being there – Marcus Foster is here and we are going to his show next week and also he is doing a show at the church I go to. Bobby Long is touring Europe beginning early September so he’s not in the US. I assume Sam Bradley is there though and perhaps Tom S. I’d just like to see him move away from the Twilight stuff and not be sucked into it for the next two years. But it’s done and can’t be undone and I don’t think it will do his career any favours. You need good reviews occasionally and his reviews have been pretty poor unfortunately. Still, it’s evidently what he wants to do so if things go awry, it will have been his choice. He already blew a chance after HP by thinking he knew better than the director of the play he was supposed to be in at the Royal Court and ended up getting the sack. Let’s hope he’s made the right decision this time. By the way I lived in San Francisco for three years and loved it so I’m not anti-American. But LA – for someone who is used to living in a city – I think is a depressing hole. I went there a few times and couldn’t wait to get out of it. Perhaps it’s just that I can’t believe he actually likes it. I don’t wish him ill at all but I just think there’s a change in him and it’s not a good one. Have a nice weekend.

That is all very nice and well, but you still haven’t given me even one example on how he has changed. He seems the same to me. We will have just do agree to disagree. I like him as an actor, AND a as a person.

I want to let you know that it was not “snack” who made the comment with (sarcasm) it was me.
Listen, you certainly are entitled to your opinion. I just don’t understand why you are so upset with Rob. I really don’t think that he will do any real or lasting damage to his career with the Twilght movies. I think that he is acting as the “Edward” in the books. Having read them all through a few times, I can say that I believe he portrays Edward very well. And I loved him in Remember Me. I don’t know how old you are. I don’t know whether or not you had any sympathy for the U.S. and it’s citizens when Sept. 11 happened. But, for me, that movie was so beautiful. It was very tastefully done. And I can really connect with Rob’s character, Tyler Hawkins. I don’t know how to make you understand. So, for now, I’ll stop trying.
And, for the record, I also am NO drone. I also am a grown woman and do think and make decisions for myself. If Rob did something really wrong, I would rebel against him. But, I don’t consider his making decisions about his own career something for me to be upset with. I will give any movie he makes a chance. If I don’t like it, I won’t watch it ever again. In the end, we as fans, really have no control over what he does. We only have control over ourselves. Don’t support his career by watching and buying his movies if your feel he is doing something you don’t like and are so against.
I also do not believe that Rob needs to run back to the U.K. for every free moment he has. He may have things to do that require him to stay here. Why should he waste his time, energy and money going back and forth needlessly? Doesn’t he look tired, enough? And guess what? He has said he doesn’t really like being in L.A. And I don’t blame him. I wouldn’t like it either. But, I can understand that he wants to go to a movie here. He has said that the U.S. has the best cinamas. So, why wouldn’t he go catch a movie? AND I TAKE OFFENSE THAT YOU SAY HE JUST WANTS TO HANG OUT WITH PLASTIC PEOPLE. We are not plastic. We are good people. Did you ever stop to think that he found nice people to hang out with? He is entitled to make friends outside of the U.K. PLEASE do not judge all Americans by what only a few do. There are more than just actors and paparazzi in California.
But, I am with you on your comment that you didn’t like LA and couldn’t wait to get out. I didn’t like it either. I am from a small town in New Mexico and I can’t wait till Rob comes here to shoot Unbound Captives next year. The people in New Mexico couldn’t care less about what celebs are here in our state. That’s why celebs like living here. Rob will like it here, too. We will show him the respect and privacy he deserves.

1. Remember Me didn’t make that much because here in the US people hate sad movies that don’t have a happy ending…2. Also it didn’t make that much because it was an indy film. I loved the film…3. I agree Rob needs work on his acting BUT he’s only what, 24?25? He’s still got a LIFETIME to improve….4. No matter where a celeb lives shouldn’t matter…Rob wants to live in LA, so be it…he seems like he has a good head on his shoulders..

but on to another point, to call Kristen Stewart, “Stew-pot’..is sooo ELEMENTARY school…also, yes, she did make an error in judgment about the whole rape incident…but she apologized…she could have said F U but she didn’t…hell personally, i think she should have because people sooo take words out of context all of them time.

Kristen has had Robert whipped since he met her. Robert is going to ruin his career because of her which won’t make me cry but it shows how stupid he is.

Rob is not “whipped” by KS. He is NOT with her. No evidence to prove otherwise. Even if he was, that doesn’t mean that he is ruining his career. You are wasting your time hating on these kids. No one really cares whether you like them or not. Do you think that Rob or KS give a damn what you think? They don’t. They do appreciate their true and loyal fans. They don’t need you. Get a life!!
