Kristen Stewart’s former gal pal Alicia Cargile is not looking to get back together with the actress, despite a webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this fabrication. We’re told, “There’s nothing to [the claim].”

According to the repeatedly discredited Celeb Dirty Laundry, Cargile thought Stewart was going to “return to her arms quickly.” But after the actress began seeing Soko, alleges the webloid, Cargile “can’t let go of the past” she had with Stewart. The site further claims, without any sources to back up its story, Cargile hopes if she sees Stewart, the actress will “just dump Soko for good.”

The unreliable blog then postulates that Stewart gets involved in relationships “to fish for publicity.” Insanely, the webloid uses the incident with Rupert Sanders as among the examples of how she likes to be in the “limelight.” CDL ends its nonsensical drivel by speculating that Stewart may be “dating Soko for publicity.”

Not only doesn’t the site have any sources, but it clearly also does not know much about Stewart. As Gossip Cop has noted before, we have met Stewart a few times, and she really loathes tabloid journalism. The last thing she wants or would seek is “publicity.”

Of course, this is all coming from the same webloid Gossip Cop busted for falsely reporting Stewart and Cargile were engaged, and that the actress begged her ex Robert Pattinson to call off his wedding to FKA Twigs. And before that, the untrustworthy blog claimed she was taking time off from acting to have Pattinson’s baby. None of those tall tales were true.

In any event, a Stewart source tells Gossip Cop, “There’s nothing” to the site’s claim. We’re further assured Stewart and Cargile have both moved on.
