Kris Humphries Refuses to Sign Kim Kardashian Divorce Papers?

For its cover story on fallout from the Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries split, Life & Style tries to stir drama by playing up the angle that Humphries “won’t sign divorce papers.”

According to the magazine, “Kris has resisted calling it quits, refusing to sign the divorce papers and proclaiming that he wants to salvage the union.”

The tab specifically describes Humphries as “religious” in discussing this alleged decision to sabotage the official process.

“He’s not signing,” a so-called “pal” tells In Touch. “He doesn’t believe in divorce.”

Indeed, it is true that Humphries has said that he’s “committed” to the matrimony and “willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”

But the NBA player’s reluctance to part ways with Kardashian should not be interpreted as Humphries digging in and refusing to let his wife out of a marriage she doesn’t want.

A source close to Humphries tells Gossip Cop the Life & Style claim is “not true.”

    It wouldn’t surprise me if the article had some truth to it, even though GC has confirmed it as false. Just based on his personality and him being traditional, you know?

    It’s really sad though. It’s like, with all of this chaos going on with the wedding, and now the divorce, and even the shows and interviews. It’s like it’s just Kim’s world and he’s just living in it, being tossed around and having things said about his marriage and divorce when it should just be a private matter. I’m not a Kris Humphries fan, but with him being kind of a traditional guy, and seeing his soon to be ex wife’s face in magazines and in interviews discussing this must be tough.
