Kourtney Kardashian “Vows To Keep Baby Reign Out Of The Spotlight”?
Kourtney Kardashian has “vowed to keep baby Reign out of the spotlight,” according to a webloid that has consistently gotten stories wrong about the Kardashians. RadarOnline, which Gossip Cop routinely corrects, has now struck out again.
RadarOnline claims Kardashian “is trying to shield her new son Reign from the spotlight, and quotes a “source” as saying, “When Kourtney had Reign she vowed to not make the same mistakes with him as she did with her previous two kids. Basically, Kourtney does not want Reign to turn out like Scott [Disick] because, although she is attracted to his arrogance and pompousness, it is quite a turn off for most people.”
“Mason grew up in front of the camera and as a result he is very aware of what fame is and that his mom and dad are famous,” continues the site’s alleged tipster. “But she doesn’t want that for Reign, so she keeps Reign out of the public eye as much as she can.” So, how come Kardashian posted an Instagram photo of her little man just last weekend? (See above.) The webloid’s supposed “source” claims it was because “she wanted to show everyone that there is nothing wrong with him.”
Oh, please. No one thought something was “wrong” with the baby. And Reign’s absence from the “spotlight” has everything to do with his age and nothing to do with a sudden change in parenting style for just one child. Reign isn’t even six months old yet, and babies sleep for most of the day, which is primarily when “KUWTK” films.
When age-appropriate, Reign will be seen more, just like Kardashian did with Penelope, gradually showing her more on television and bringing her to events as time went on. There is no secret “vow,” as RadarOnline claims. Sources close to the Kardashian family tell Gossip Cop the story is “untrue.”
