Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to baby Penelope on Sunday’s season finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

In the hospital, the reality star is seen screaming, “Holy f**kballs” while getting her epidural.

And then — after some light editing — Kardashian surprisingly pulls the child out of herself!

It’s pretty graphic.

Later, when Mason is introduced to Penelope, he adorably corrects his aunt Kim, saying, “Her name is sister.”

Babies were the theme of the whole episode, with Khloe undergoing ferility treatments and Kim deciding to freeze her eggs.

After a number of doctor’s appointments, Khloe learns she’s not ovulating, and therefore not producing eggs.

Kim starts the process of freezing her eggs by injecting herself with hormones; Kris Jenner assists her with the shot, accidentally stabbing her daughter in the finger during the process.

Kanye West is also featured in the episode, telling Khloe at Kourtney’s baby shower that he’s content “in every way” in his relationship with Kim.
