Kourtney Kardashian was asked about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West dating rumors during an appearance on “Fox & Friends” on Monday, and while she tried to feign ignorance about her sister’s love life, she did say she does not think the pair’s recent outings are a publicity stunt.

Asked whether Kardashian and West are an item, the pregnant reality star would only say, “They’re definitely friends, and have been friends for years.”

When the show’s hosts speculated that the couple could just be hanging out to get publicity for his new single, “Theraflu,” wherein he admits he “fell in love with Kim,” the eldest Kardashian replied, “I don’t think so,” before brushing off the question by adding, “Who knows.”
