Kim Zolciak Returns To ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Finale (VIDEO)
Kim Zolciak returned to “Dancing With The Stars” on the season finale to dance a samba to the theme “I Dream Of Jeannie” with the her partner Tony Dovolani. Watch the video below.
Zolciak never got the opportunity to do that routine during “TV Night,” the theme for the third week of the competition. As Gossip Cop reported at the time, on September 23 Zolciak suffered a mini-stroke that initially caused her to lose sensation on the left side of her body, as well as her speech. She thankfully quickly recovered. And while the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star wanted to dance, she later revealed she had a blood clot that caused the mini-stroke, and her doctors woudn’t allow her to fly back from Atlanta to Los Angeles in a pressurized plane.
Since she did not dance on the September 28 show, in accordance with the rules of “Dancing With The Stars,” Zolciak was automatically eliminated from the competition. Dovolani noted on the live show that he wanted to appeal that decision, but host Tom Bergeron said the producers spoke with the show’s lawyers, and “the rules are the rules.”
After nearly two months following her withdrawal from “Dancing With The Stars,” Zolciak and Dovolani finally got the opportunity to do their samba to the “I Dream Of Jeannie” theme.
