“Kim Richards has left rehab and is with her sister Kyle,” begins a report from People.

According to the magazine, the plan for “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is “for her to continue with outpatient therapy. Everyone is hoping for the best.”

So, she’s already out of rehab just three weeks after entering the treatment center?

NO.

A source close to Richards tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “She is still in rehab and doing really well,” adding, “People mag is wrong — very wrong.”

Of course, RadarOnline and HollywoodLife went on to repeat the same inaccurate information (see screencaps below), and even shamelessly added fabricated quotations to bolster their erroneous claims.
