The pregnant reality star is pictured in a steamy embrace with West, who’s similarly unclothed.

Kardashian has been featured on a slew of magazine covers this month, posing in a bikini for DuJour and donning high-waisted bottoms for Cosmopolitan, but this shoot is by far her raciest one as a pregnant woman.
