Kim Kardashian NOT “Livid” About Being “Snubbed” From Vogue’s Met Gala Cover
Kim Kardashian is NOT “livid” that she was not mentioned on the cover of Vogue magazine’s Met Gala issue, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this rumor. A rep tell us the claim is “FALSE.”
According to RadarOnline, Kardashian “wasn’t happy” about being “snubbed” from the cover of the Vogue special edition, which features a photo of Rihanna, and a list of big-time celebrities who were at last week’s high-profile fashion event. The webloid tries to back up its allegation with an unnamed “insider,” who cruelly says, “The fact that they didn’t even mention her on the cover is hilarious, considering she tried so hard to be exactly what she thought Anna Wintour would want for the Met Gala.”
The RadarOnline “insider” goes on to claim that the magazine’s decision to mention sister Kendall Jenner on the cover and not Kardashian was a “huge slap in the face!” The site further alleges that Kardashian was “snubbed” because she broke Wintour’s alleged “no selfie” rule while inside the exclusive ball. Of course, dozens of attendees ending up taking pics, but more importantly, Gossip Cop has learned that the talk of anger on Kardashian’s part is completely untrue.
In fact, a rep for the Selfish author exclusively tells Gossip Cop that it’s “false” she was “livid” about the new Vogue issue. It’s also worth nothing that while Kardashian may not have been mentioned on the cover of the special edition, she was led the Vogue.com coverage and was voted best-dressed online.. Gossip Cop is told that Kardashian was thrilled by that honor.
Not surprisingly, this isn’t the only story RadarOnline has gotten incorrect about the Kardashian-Jenners and the Met Gala. Gossip Cop corrected the webloid last week when the site falsely claimed Kendall had undergone a boob job for the event. RadarOnline was wrong about the supposed surgery, and the site is wrong again about Kardashian being upset at Vogue.
