Kim Kardashian And Kanye West NOT “Planning Movie About Their Life,” Despite Report (EXCLUSIVE)
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are NOT “planning a movie about their life,” despite a story falsely claiming there’s already a battle for the supposed film rights. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the allegation. Kardashian’s rep tells us report is completely made up.
According to the Daily Star, “Kris Jenner has hired two top screenwriters to pen a biopic about the rise of the reality babe and her rap mogul husband. And at least three big studios are fighting for the rights.” The British tabloid quotes a supposed “senior executive at Universal” as saying, “I doubt we are talking about an Oscar-worthy production with high artistic merit. But with almost 45 million Twitter followers between them, they have a worldwide fan base which virtually guarantees box office success followed by strong DVD sales.”
The Daily Star goes on to write that the alleged plans to spotlight them as the “world’s most famous celebrity couple” has Kardashian “‘hyper-excited’ at the prospect of being portrayed by an A-list actress.” A so-called “friend” even claims to the outlet, “Kim is fantasizing about who might play her and has stars like Sofia Vergara or ‘Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks in mind.”
Of course, the Daily Star is the same paper that alleged in April that Kardashian and West were planning to renew their vows in Paris for their first wedding anniversary. Gossip Cop exclusively busted the report, and their anniversary came and went with no such ceremony taking place. The Daily Star’s sources were completely misinformed then, and now are totally wrong once again. A rep for Kardashian exclusively tells Gossip Cop that the biopic allegations are “B.S.”
