Though PETA has denied orchestrating last week’s Kim Kardashian flour bombing, the organization is voicing its “support” for the alleged culprit, Christina Cho.

In a statement provided to Gossip Cop on Tuesday, a spokesperson for PETA says, “If Christina Cho is the person who sprinkled flour on Kim Kardashian, we know Christina as a very kind, wonderful long time volunteer.”

“At a reception at our LA office last month she was with a group who watched [an anti-fur farm video] and was visibly shaken,” the statement adds. “We will support her totally.”

Cho’s sister Michelle, who is currently PETA’s special projects manager, also released a statement, saying, “I am not my sister’s keeper but I love her and have seen her sacrifice a lot of herself as a terrific activist.”

Michelle continues, “We work in different ways to help stop animal suffering. It is Christina who got me into the movement to protect animals, and I’ll always be grateful to her for opening my eyes.”

It still remains to be seen whether Kardashian will press charges against Cho.

Sprinkled?! Uh no, she dumped a whole bag of it on her basically. I am def NOT a fan of any of the Kardashians but that was just wrong and borderline psychotic.

That’s the line I was stuck at. Lol Love how they tried to make it seem like she didn’t dump an entire bag of flour on her.
There’s nothing wrong with standing up for your beliefs, but doing things like this just makes you seem psychotic. But that’s what PETA does & they act like they’re doing something helpful to animals.

I agree with both of you. On all counts. I’m no Kardashian fan and I do not watch their show. Cho crossed a line when this got physical. Sprinkled? Sprinkled would not have changed her hair color! Please! Nice how they’re trying to downplay this now. They sent a message and now its time for Kardashian to send a message. Physical demonstrations like this are not acceptable and the more they get by with it the more they’ll do it. Kardashian should press charges.

Can we call “time out” on both of these clowns? Cho for being guilty of assault and battery and KK for just being an assault on the human species.

People who support PETA should actually do some research into what they are REALLY all about and what they are up to. We used to send them a check every year until we found out how many animals they kill – THOUSANDS annually. And I’m not talking about unadoptable, sick, or unrehabilitatable animals – these are perfectly healthy nice animals. They make NO effort at getting the animals brought to their shelters new homes – NONE. If you have an animal you love, but can no longer care for – DO NOT EVER take them to a PETA shelter for re-homing. It’s a death sentence. These people are nuts.

I agree with you all. I really would like to see PETA throw something on JLo, or Mary J B. I just read that Beyonce was walking around with a custom made FUR coat and baby carrier. I would love to see PETA pull this crap on one of these ladies and see what happens. They know who to pick to try to make an example of. I have always had a problem with PETA throwing stuff on people.
