Kim Kardashian to Begin Filming The Marriage Counselor This Week

Although Kim Kardashian cut short her obligations in Australia to fly back to the U.S. and meet with Kris Humphries, Gossip Cop can confirm that she’s going to stick to her other commitments, namely her first starring role in a movie.

A rep for the reality star tells us Kardashian is set to begin production this week in Atlanta on Tyler Perry‘s film, The Marriage Counselor.

The movie is about an Ivy League-educated marriage counselor named Judith (Jurnee Smollett), who doles out advice to others, but has problems with her own marriage. In the film, Kardashian plays Judith’s co-worker Ava, who offers help to Judith as she deals with her personal issues.

Of course, in real life Kardashian is privately coping with her own marriage troubles.

    My family will not go to see this movie as we are now boycotting anything Kardashians, based on the attitudes and behaviour of them all.

    Millions of people complained last week after Kim filed divorce papers on Kris H. and he found out about it on the internet. No decency.

    All mostly orchestrated by the mother Kris Jenner who Kim should tell to put a sock in it. The more desperate the mother acts the worse it is for Kim.

    Kim needs to take a few years off, then maybe her public will let her back in. But by the looks of things we have to teach them by our choices not to put anymore money in their pockets by supporting their show, books, magazines, merchandise.

    There is a website being started http://www.boycottkim.com and facebook boycotters as well . Some teenagers are boycotting stores on blackfriday that carry their lines.

    Take a step back now and bow out gracefully Kim.

    this film will bomb- mighta had a chance if it didnt have Kim in it but now that it does no one will take it seriously.

    She has absolutely no acting ability. Her sneaker commercial was stiff and not even remotely believable. If she can’t even convincingly talk about a sneaker, how in the world can she carry a movie. Ridiculous. Straight to bargain bin DVD.

    I hate to say it, but I don’t think this movie is going to be good at all. Kim Kardashian is not an actress. She has minimal acting experience. She just lives her life with a camera crew following her around. She tried singing, and that didn’t work. She tried dancing, and that was a flop. Why put her in a film when the only thing she really made a career out of was being a fashion stylist for people?

    This is just another “hobby” for Kim K. I feel like actors should put real heart and soul into their work, regardless of the role they play. I think she should stick to her family’s business/clothing line and not try to delve into the world of acting.

    Kim only signed up for this movie because she thinks she has a chance at Tyler Perry’s money. I hope he doesn’t feel sorry for that bitch and get caught in a Kardasian/Jenner trap. I’m sure momanager is licking her chops already.
