Kim Kardashian Reveals She Used Atkins Diet to Lose Baby Weight

Kim Kardashian has revealed how she lost virtually all of her baby weight in just a few short months.

Asked by a Twitter follower how she shed the pounds, the reality star replied, “I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.”

The diet involves eating protein-rich foods while cutting way back on carbs.

But Kardashian hasn’t just been changing her eating habits to get slim.

The new mom has been hitting the gym and working with a personal trainer to get back into shape.
