Kim Jong-un’s public absence was spoofed in the “SNL” cold open. The North Korean leader, played by Bobby Moynihan, told his military it was untrue that he has gout and diabetes, and went on to boast about how he’s great at sports and is “as strong as a dragon.”

One member of the military noted that the leader was limping. “I told you. I broke my ankle while dunking over Michael Jordan,” explained Kim Jong-un. This is what happened! The movie Space Jam is about me. We all know this.” When another one of his followers said people think he’s “out of touch,” Kim Jong-un said, “How can I be out of touch when I have the same haircut as Brad Pitt in the movie Fury.

He also asked how a guy with gout and two broken ankles could dance like him, before doing a number of moves, and then screaming out in pain.
