I am a bit confused with the reporting. So Kiefer’s rep is saying that its not true that he is getting back with his wife Kelly but what about that Fashion Editor that he recently ended their relationship with? Is that also not true? So is he still with Siobhan Bonnoviour, Style Director for Allure magazine or did Kiefer’s rep also confirmed that he has ended his relationship with her?

Kiefer’s rep denied that he and Kelly are back together, i.e., this “story” was made up, is untrue, etc.

So, if he’s with Siobhan, he’s with Siobhan… and, if he’s not, it has nothing at all to do with this story.

The Star noted that after the break-up with the magazine editor, he raced back to his ex-wife. Kiefer is definitely not with his ex-wife and, as far as we can tell, he’s also not with the editor ex-girlfriend. [Note: We try not to mention the names of private citizens, i.e. the editor -- it doesn't/won't always work, but we're trying to protect those who are not public figures.]

To add (b/c I just figured out, I think, how anyone possibly could be confused by this story)…

When this report says “The weekly claims that after a recent relationship with a magazine editor ended…”, the key words are “The weekly claims that…” i.e., this Gossip Cop story is just repeating what the denied story said.

Quiet though they’ve fallen publicly, I’m sure that the group of folks out there who are desperate for evidence that Siobhan no longer is part of Kiefer’s life are going strong and were excited by this hiccup, but sorry… whatever is or isn’t true about their relationship, neither the denied ‘story’ or the denial itself are your tickets to a Siobhan-less paradise.

When you say that, as far as you can tell, he’s not with the magazine editor, do you mean that you asked about the relationship with her and that was denied too? Or do you just mean that you asked about and there was no positive confirmation of it? Or do you mean that you just weren’t able to find any independent confirmation of it?

I know that probably sounds like a really fine line of detail, but it’s significant within the world of Kiefer fandom in that way that things can become significant within fandoms. :)

He/his people never have publicly spoken about/confirmed the relationship with the magazine editor… which, by extension, makes it seem extremely unlikely to me that he’d/they’d publicly confirm a break-up either.
