Kids React To Donald Trump As President On “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (VIDEO)
Kids reacted to Donald Trump as the next president on Friday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Watch below.
In introducing the segment, Kimmel said, “We’ve heard a lot from a lot of people about this election so far. We’ve heard from pundits, surrogates, experts and anchors, but we haven’t yet heard from kids. So, this afternoon we went out on the street just outside our theater to ask children to give us their thoughts on our next president, Donald J. Trump.”
The first child featured, an adolescent boy, knew there was indeed an election and that Trump won, but asked how it made him feel, he answered, “Kinda iffy… He’s really rude.” Another boy then assured that while “it’s not really comfortable,” the “world keeps moving on.” A younger boy then demonstrated the “angry face” he made upon hearing of Trump’s victory.
After that, a baby actually started crying when she and her older sister were asked, “Do you like Donald Trump?” No, apparently. Next came two brothers, the younger of which confidently stated, “I would describe him as an idiot.” The following kid, however, “didn’t really care, ’cause I’m Canadian,” and he was looking forward to Snoop Dogg moving to his country.
Asked to say “one nice thing” about Trump, a tween girl hesitated before offering, “Well, he’s not the ugliest person in the world.” Out of the mouths of babes! And there was much more. Check out the video below.
