Khloe Kardashian Lionel Richie Gossip Table

VH1′s horrendously inaccurate The Gossip Table” has once again embarrassed itself by spreading the 100 percent wrong claim that “Khloe Kardashian’s real father” is Lionel Richie.

One of the show’s poorly informed panelists said on Thursday that Kris Jenner and Richie had “an affair,” and that Kardashian is the singer’s daughter.

The ill-informed panelist went on to note that Richie’s daughter Sofia “looks so much” like Kardashian.

No, she does not, and even some of the show’s other panelists said there was hardly a resemblance.

That’s when the panelist who put forth the phony report added, “Similar… I call it a fact!”

Oh, so Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman have the same dad, because they look similar.

That’s the dumbest argument ever and why “The Gossip Table” is the dumbest entertainment show.

The segment ended with another panelist saying, “Could be worse things than Lionel Richie being your daddy. Lionel Richie is fantastic.”

Again, just because Richie’s a “fantastic” performer, it doesn’t mean he’s Kardashian’s dad.

Regardless, Gossip Cop deals with reality and facts, and we even contacted Kardashian, who joked about the false report linking her to Richie.

She told us exclusively, “I’ve had so many dads my head is spinning lol.”

While it’s nice Kardashian can laugh off these false reports, it’s really not funny that, even though dozens and dozens of other outlets acknowledged Gossip Cop had the exclusive and true story, VH1 still allowed a knowingly false story to be aired.

Additionally, it’s time places like In Touch and VH1 stop disrespecting both Kris Jenner as a woman and the memory of Robert Kardashian with more fake paternity stories.
