Khloe Kardashian Pushes Back Premiere Of “Kocktails With Khloe”
Khloe Kardashian’s late night show, “Kocktails With Khloe,” is set to premiere on January 20, more than a month after its original start date of December 9. A rep tells Gossip Cop the decision to push back the date was made because Kardashian has “a lot going on” right now.
As Gossip Cop reported, Kardashian announced in July she would be hosting her own talk show. The FYI Network, picked up eight hourlong episodes of “Kocktails With Khloe,” making the reality star the only woman on late-night TV.
On Wednesday, Kardashian announced on Instagram the shifted premiere date, saying, “Time for Kocktails! Update: My new talk show ‘Kocktails With Khloe’ will premiere on January 20th on FYI! Get ready! #kocktailswithkhloe.”
While a rep for FYI declined to specifically comment on why the premiere date was changed, Gossip Cop is told, “It became an obvious move on the network’s part” given that Kardashian “has a lot going on” right now. Kardashian, of course, has been dealing with her husband Lamar Odom’s medical situation.
Although it’s the reality star’s first go at late-night TV, it is not her first talk show. In the past, Kardashian has hosted two of her own radio shows, “Khloe After Dark” in Miami, and “The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom” in Dallas.
