Khloe Kardashian Defends Attacking Chloe Grace Moretz
As Gossip Cop reported, as Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift’s feud led stars to take sides on Sunday night, Moretz sent a few tweets that were seemingly about the dispute. Though the actress never mentioned either star by name, she said people “in the industry” need to focus on the “REAL world,” and not “petulant and unimportant issues.” Khloe, feeling that dig was against her older sibling, lashed out.
“Is this the a hole you’re referring to @ChloeGMoretz???” she tweeted, including a photo of Moretz in a swimsuit and another of a woman with her butt exposed while in the ocean. But the second photo wasn’t actually of Moretz, and Kardashian was subsequently called out for her mistake. She was also accused of bullying, perhaps most notably by Swift pal Ruby Rose, who tweeted, “Yo Khloe I thought you were rad when I met you but this is awful and this is a 19 year old girl.”
Now, on Monday morning, Khloe clarified her motivation. “I’m the last person to bully but have an animal instinct to protect and defend my family,” she tweeted. But she didn’t take back her remark to Moretz, and in fact seemed to double down, challenging, “Refrain from commenting on my family and OUR business (and I will do the same).”
Khloe added, “Now I hope everyone has a magical Monday! May peace be with you all.” Moretz has not yet responded.
