Saturday marks Khloe Kardashian’s birthday, and Gossip Cop is celebrating by blowing out five wrong rumors about the reality star. We’ve corrected literally hundreds over the years, and they’ve run the gamut from ridiuclous to mean-spirited to just flat-out wrong. Here are some of the crazy ones…

Multiple times Gossip Cop busted stories that falsely claimed Kardashian’s real father is O.J. Simpson. The star has even mocked the unfounded speculation herself, quipping back in 2012, “I would hope if I’m half black and half white, I would be a little tanner.” Equally stupid was an In Touch cover story last year that alleged Lionel Richie was actually Kardashian’s biological dad. Kardashian exclusively told Gossip Cop in response, “I’ve had so many dads my head is spinning.”

Meanwhile, last fall Life & Style published a fake cover story claiming Scott Disick was “in love” with Kardashian, and they were having an affair behind Kourtney’s back. As a source exclusively told Gossip Cop then, the tall tale was “absurd.” Just as absurd was the Star report that said Kardashian was “hitting on” mom Kris Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble. The allegation was “ludicrous” and “laughably false,” family sources told Gossip Cop.

Plus, in 2013 OK! actually said Jenner was “pushing” Kardashian to do a reality dating show called “Khloe Goes Solo.” A rep for the Kardashian family said the claim was completely false. And all this isn’t even touching on the times the tabloids have made up stories about Kardashian’s weight, alleged she was going to rehab, claimed she was pregnant with twins, and other such idiocy.

Gossip Cop sincerely wishes Kardashian a rumor-free 31st birthday, and we’ll be here to debunk any and all nonsense over the year.
