Khloe Kardashian NOT “Back To Dating” French Montana, Despite Report
On Monday, Kardashian and some pals attended a party in Los Angeles. Among those she hung out with was Montana, with whom she had an on-and-off relationship a few years ago. The fact that both were at the same place at the same time was enough for MediaTakeOut to declare Kardashian is “back to dating rappers.”
“Khloe Kardashian can’t get ENOUGH of rappers and ballers. And last night, she let he world know… that she’s back on her RAPPER FIXATION,” the site breathlessly writes. “Khloe was spotted having dinner with her ex boyfriend French Montana at The Nice Guy restaurant. Afterwards Paparazzi walked with them into Ace Of Diamonds Strip club. The two got LAP DANCES together… then went home.”
MediaFakeOut, however, is overlooking some important things. First off, this is not the first time Kardashian and Montana have spent time together since their breakup. In fact, she spoke about their friendship just last week, explaining that he would remain in her life because she doesn’t believe in “f*cking and ducking.”
Second, this was hardly a date night. As Gossip Cop mentioned above, Kardashian and Montana were actually with a lot of people. They were also out for a very specific reason. Alluding to the Montana claims, the reality star clarified on Twitter Tuesday, tweeting, “Oh my @DorionRenaud look what hanging out for your birthday did lol rumors rumors rumors! stop making nothing into something kids.”
Yes, Kardashian and Montana were merely at a birthday party. And as further evidence of just how ridiculous the gossip mill is, Kardashian was also falsely linked to Renaud last year after they partied together. Memo to MTO and others: Being spotted with someone does not meeting the two are dating.
UPDATE: Kardashian further tweeted on Tuesday night, “It’s frustrating that I can’t even celebrate my friends birthday with a group of people without rumors flying! Why is it hard to believe that exes can be cordial? Simple simple simple minds. Don’t make nothing into something.” We rest our case.
