Khloe Kardashian showed off her toned and tight tummy and abs in a series of Instagram photos on Friday and captioned each one with a lengthy post reflecting on her weight loss journey. The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star revealed that she first began rigorously working out about two years ago. “Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was,” wrote Kardashian. She added, “People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever.”

Kardashian, who began her exercise regimen around the time she started having marital issues with Lamar Odom, continued in her Instagram post, “Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul.”

Kardashian further noted in her Instagram posts that her desire to be healthier “will be a life long journey,” but she knows with dedication she will continue to see results. “I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results,” shared Kardashian. “Hi baby abs!! I see you!!!
