CLAIM: Britney Spears’ Eldest Son Fathered By Kevin Federline’s Brother

“Kevin Federline’s brother Christopher says in bombshell court papers that he slept with Britney Spears during her marriage to his brother — and fathered her now-7-year-old son Sean Preston,” begins a breathless report from RadarOnline.

Say what?!

Picking up on a story from its sister publication, the National Enquirer, the webloid cites December 18 legal papers wherein Christopher claims Spears stole money from him.

Yes, you read that correctly.

In the documents, Christopher alleges Spears “blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.”

He adds, “I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know.”

OK… so why is this just coming out now — more than six years after Spears and Kevin Federline split?

And why on earth would Spears, who raked in $58 million this past year, steal from her ex-husband’s brother?

Clearly, this story is BOGUS.

In fact, the lawsuit — which has already been dismissed – was actually a hoax perpetrated by Jonathan Lee Riches, a convicted fraudster responsible for many disgusting schemes, including a recent one in which he falsely claimed to be the uncle of Sandy Hook gunman Adam Lanza and other lawsuits in which he filed ridiculous claims against celebrities like the Kardashians and Justin Bieber, in each case pretending to be someone he wasn’t.

And a source close to Spears adds to Gossip Cop that the entire tale is “b.s.”

Interestingly, both RadarOnline and the National Enquirer have since pulled down its respective stories.

    I love Britney and her “I don’t give a F status in the past few years on all b.s. they say about her, but she has to stick for herself! Sue the bastards and Kevin for having such people around the kids when they’re with him. She should get the full custody and let Kevin go on his own. She shouldn’t pay him even a cent!

    I don’t have any reason NOT, to believe this story. Being
    from England, I read the Sun. And yes, it is another tabloid. But having been a
    long time reader of smut like this, I have to wonder if sometimes these things aren’t
    right. Like most of you, I love our little Brit-Brit. After all, she is America’s
    princess. After moving to the states, I had to see her in concert. Loved it….. Then
    I also read that book Kevin Federline’s aunty Diane wrote called “Pop Baby
    Krissy Doucet”. Poor girl, she really got slammed for writing it. I happen to
    love erotica, so I bought it on Amazon. And I now have to say, maybe…just
    maybe.. The book was right. Sure, Miss Story said the book was fiction. But
    maybe it isn’t. I hear she lied to protect the innocent…LOL. Is there really innocence
    in Hollywood? Besides being a hot erotica, I enjoyed the story. I could totally
    picture little Miss Brit-Brit doing those things. And if we have to decide if
    she would do that, who else to believe, but her Aunty? Maybe your little
    American princess really is into the ménage-a-trois scene. Sorta like that 50
    shades book. Maybe Miss Story needs to fess up and tell us if she was really
    trying to tell us the truth. I heard Graeme Culliford from the Sun,
    tried to get her to admit it, and she wouldn’t say. Yet, is there anything wrong with
    what we as adults love to do behind closed doors? Who are we to judge? Just
    because you aren’t into sharing your woman in your brothers bed. Don’t judge
    those who do. Except of course for when they forget to use protection.

    In reality, get over it folks. If Britney loves swinging,
    why should, we care. You love her music, and her. Enjoy her for that….. and don’t
    judge her if her kids come from multiple partners!
