Kelsey Grammer Wife Kayte Slams Radar: Story About Me is “Malicious and Untrue”

“Kelsey Grammer’s Pregnant Fourth Wife Feeling ‘Lonely & Miserable,’” blares yet another misguided RadarOnline report.

According to one of the webloid’s unreliable (or perhaps manufactured) sources, while Grammar films “Boss” in Chicago, his pregnant wife Kayte is “just absolutely miserable because she feels so lonely and isolated.”

The blog’s so-called “source” also says “Kayte has absolutely no friends and no support network around her,” adding, “Kayte is alone most of the day while Kelsey is filming and at their recent baby shower for the twins all of the guests were Kelsey’s fellow cast members and crew from the show. Kayte didn’t have any of her friends at the shower because they are all in England… Kayte is hoping that once the babies are born she won’t feel so alone.”

It’s interesting that RadarOnline claims to know how Kate feels — since they NEVER even attempted to reach out to her or Grammer’s rep for a comment.

What’s worse is that after the story was posted, Kayte reached out to RadarOnline, and the webloid, for some unfathomable reason, declined to publish her statements.

Gossip Cop, however, has exclusively obtained her remarks to RadarOnline.

Yes–I am miserable; I spent a miserable day wondering why anyone would say such things about me. I have you to thank for it. Your story is malicious and untrue. Who said this? Why did you print it without speaking to me first? And why did I spend a “miserable” day fielding the concerns of my family and friends–friends you intimated I do not have? A retraction is pointless. In all honestly, I would like to know who said them, if indeed anyone did. I know that is impossible so I will have to comfort myself with the knowledge that anyone who would say such a thing and anyone who would print such a thing is truly miserable and beneath contempt. I appreciate you printing this in its entirety. If there was anything I could hope for by way of recompense it would be the assurance that I will never see my name on your site again.
