Kelsey Grammer: Camille “Married Me Because I Was Frasier” (VIDEO)

Kelsey Grammer opened up about his messy divorce from Camille Grammer on “Piers Morgan Tonight,” telling Morgan he felt she “married me because I was Frasier.”

Grammer says “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was his “parting gift” to her, explaining, “It was my way of saying, ‘Look, you always wanted to be famous. Here you go.’”

The former “Cheers” star feels that while reality TV isn’t a particularly “proud” path to fame, “You still get all those things that come along for the ride, which I think is what she was most interested in.”

Grammer tells Morgan that things are “not good” between him and Camille, who have two young children together.

“We have no contact,” admits the actor.

I don’t care if you knew the marriage was doomed or you knew you wanted to end it. Let’s NOT offer her your “parting gift” of the Housewives! Let’s NOT try and make ourselves relevant again (because it’s been a while since you’ve done anything anyone has cared about…. Frasier). How about you MAN UP, grow a pair and tell her like an adult that you aren’t happy and you want a divorce. Waaaaay classier to try and drag her through the mud with your all allegations, I guess. You children won’t see this someday! **I think my sarcasm has come through beautifully… don’t you??**

    Now he’s saying that his ex-wife only married him because he was Frasier… well what about his present ‘young’ wife? I’m sure one day, not long from now, he’ll be saying… “My other ex-wife married me because I still had money left”

    “She only married me cause I was Frasier”…… and if she wasn’t such a hot piece of ass, you wouldn’t've married her!!! Such a double standard!!! It’s ok for men to marry for looks, but GOD FORBID ( and I’m NOT justifying it, just pointing out), a woman marries for money??? How dare she……. Ugh

    Doesn’t he care about his children and how he talks about their mother? He shows no respect for the mother of his children. What a wonderful parent he is not!!!! Who in the world would want to marry him in the first place? He talks about meeting his last wife like he was single instead of being already married. I cannot believe he thinks that people would be impressed with his comments on his marriage to Camille and would be on his side. He should just keep his fat ugly mouth shut. He looks like a fool. He never mentions Camille standing by his side for the years when he was ill and during the tragedies in his life. If he was so unhappy why didn’t he get a divorce before he starting chasing some gold digger who would marry anyone who had fame and money even him. She couldn’t possibly be interested in him for the dirt bag that he is. Hopefully, she did not sign a prenup. I am sure he will be looking for the next young thing. Camille should have been the one wanting a divorce from this piece of you know what. He is the most self centered person who has no class or morals. I would not watch anything that he is in much less pay to see it.
