Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh are engaged, Gossip Cop can confirm.

The actor’s rep tells us the couple has been “engaged for a while” but chose not to flaunt it. They’re very “happy.”

No wedding plans have been announced.

Grammer and Camille Donatacci of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” decided to divorce over the summer.

Word of Grammer and Walsh’s engagement broke after she was photographed wearing a diamond ring.
