In Touch Mag Stumbles with Kelly Osbourne Drinking Claim

In Touch reports that Kelly Osbourne‘s friends are “concerned” that the “Dancing With the Stars” alum has been drinking again.

Osbourne, who split from fiancee Luke Worrall earlier this summer, has fallen “off the wagon,” alleges the tabloid.

In Touch says that she was “spotted downing several vodka cocktails” at The Colony in Hollywood on August 13. “She could barely walk,” claims a so-called “insider” for the mag, which describes this behavior as “all too familiar.”

The reason, explains In Touch, is that Worrall kept Osbourne on the straight and narrow. “When they were together, Kelly made a promise to Luke that she wouldn’t drink,” this “insider” declares. “But now that they’re no longer a couple, she doesn’t care.”

A rep for Osbourne says “it’s not true” that Osbourne was drunk.

In fact, Gossip Cop is told there’s footage of Osbourne leaving The Colony that night that completely contradicts In Touch‘s claim that she could barely walk.

And Osbourne is so incensed by the “bullsh*t story,” she’s hinting at taking legal action.

When it comes to who’s off the wagon, In Touch is off the mark.
