‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ NOT “On Hold Indefinitely,” Despite Report
“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” is NOT “on hold indefinitely,” after Kim Kardashian had more than $10 million worth of jewelry stolen from her by gunmen in Paris, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this. We’re told it’s not true.
According to Us Weekly, the famous reality TV family isn’t planning on filming their E! show anytime soon following Kardashian being robbed in her Paris hotel room early Monday morning. The magazine published a story online that alleges the show is “on hold indefinitely.” A source told the publication Kardashian “will not be working” for several weeks to come.
But Gossip Cop checked in with a family member who expressed extreme “doubt” about production on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” being on an indefinite break. And a source within E! also assured us the tabloid’s claim was untrue, and there would be just a temporary “hiatus.” Plus, even if Kardashian herself chooses not to work for some time to come, it’s more than likely the rest of the family will resume filming.
Of course, Gossip Cop is not entirely surprised by the falsity of the report. We have busted Us Weekly on several occasions for its inaccurate claims about Kardashian. Seven months before the reality star gave birth to her son Saint, we shot down the magazine’s wrong report about Kardashian using a surrogate to have another baby. And in July, Gossip Cop busted the publication when it embarrassingly claimed Kardashian’s feud with Taylor Swift was a “publicity stunt.” Of course, both of those stories are provably untrue, and it seems the outlet got wind again of its latest flub. The tabloid has since removed references on its website to its inaccurate assertion that “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” is “on hold indefinitely.”
