“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” Has NOT Stopped Production After Kanye West Hospitalized, Despite Report
“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” has NOT stopped production in the wake of Kanye West being hospitalized, despite a report. Gossip Cop can help correct the claim.
The generally-reliable TMZ alleged earlier Tuesday, “‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ came to a screeching halt on October 3rd, when Kim was held up at gunpoint in Paris, and we’ve learned the cameras will not roll for the rest of the year… possibly longer.” It was specifically claimed, “Producers have enough footage for the series commitment, but the plan was to film through the holidays, and that won’t happen.”
“We’re told Kanye’s hospitalization has temporarily shut down production, but Kim has been in such bad shape since the robbery that there was no real hope of shooting anything through December,” said the site. But according to an E! rep, that’s just not true. “’Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ is currently in production and has not been halted,” says the spokesperson.
There is, however, usually a hiatus towards the end of the year as production typically stops for the holidays and resumes in January. The exact timeline for the upcoming break is unclear. But for now, the cameras roll on, regardless of West’s hospitalization.
