KUWTK Finale Recap Kourtney Scott Breakup

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick ended their nearly decade-long relationship on Sunday’s season 10 finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Get the full episode recap below!

The final episode of the season, titled “The Last Straw,” opened with Kim and Khloe talking about Caitlyn Jenner tweeting a semi-apology for bashing Kris in Vanity Fair. Kim was more open to making peace with Caitlyn, but Khloe wasn’t interested in talking to her, saying, “I don’t know this person anymore. Bruce is gone, and I don’t know Caitlyn.”

Meanwhile, Disick traveled to Las Vegas where he was booked to appear at a night club, and went on a “crazy bender” and partied non-stop. Disick’s friends called Kourtney, who was in Los Angeles, to tell her that they were worried about his behavior. He had lost his wallet and needed Kourtney to book him a plane ticket so he could get back home.

Caitlyn visited Khloe at her home to have a face-to-face and talk about everything that’s been happening lately. Khloe told her, “We want to support you and be there for you,” but insisted it’s hard to do when Caitlyn bashes her mom. Caitlyn defended herself, telling Khloe, “You don’t know” what really went on, saying that Kris wasn’t supportive towards the end. “I constantly had to hide myself,” she said. “I wasn’t able to talk about it.”

Caitlyn and Khloe began to heal their relationship as the conversation went on, with Caitlyn saying she was sorry for how the article came off, and that it wasn’t her attention to hurt Kris. In a confessional, Khloe said, “Bruce and I always had an awesome relationship, and I really want my relationship with Caitlyn to be great as well.”

Kris and Kim were sitting in the kitchen when Kim’s cousin Cici Bussey called to say she saw photos in a British tabloid of Disick and another woman “laying down together with their arms around each other.” Kris exclaimed, “No! That piece of [expletive]!,” and Kim added, “It’s just embarrassing.” Kris noted that the pictures featured Disick and a mystery woman “feeding each other food” at a party. She added that she’s done making excuses for Disick’s disrespectful behavior, admitting that it’s getting “tougher and tougher” to defend him. Kim told her mother a little later, “Maybe it’s time” for Kourtney to end the relationship.

In a discussion with Kris and Kim, Kourtney expressed concern over Disick’s partying and possible substance abuse problems. Kris argued that going to jail “could be the best thing” for him. “That’s the biggest wake-up call of all, to be thrown in jail with no alcohol, no nothing, no pillow,” Kris told her daughter. Kim added, “No one to bail him out.” Kourtney later got very emotional and revealed to Kim that she is “on the verge of a mental breakdown,” over her and Disick’s relationship troubles. Kim told a crying Kourtney, “I think you have to just try and move on.” Kourtney replied, “I could never depend on him for one single thing,” and “I’ve worked so hard to keep this family together.”

As the episode ended, a montage played of Kourtney and Disick’s happier moments from past seasons of the show, followed by some of their biggest fights. In a confessional, Kourtney said, “At this point, I’m really just trying to focus on me and the kids, and make them the priority.” She told Kim, “I can’t do it anymore,” to which Kim asked, “Are you guys gonna fully break up?” Kourtney replied, “Yeah, I told him that,” adding, “I really need it to be done.”
