Keanu Reeves Reveals “Bill And Ted 3” Plot On “Graham Norton Show” (VIDEO)
Keanu Reeves revealed the plot of the third Bill And Ted movie on Friday’s “Graham Norton Show.” The actor was a guest on the British talk show, along with Jamie Dornan and Whoopi Goldberg, who said she wanted a part in the threequel. Watch the video below.
The segment began with Norton asking whether it was true a third Bill And Ted film was being made, to which Reeves responded that they’re “trying to make” the movie. The actor pointed out that his character Ted and Alex Winter’s Bill would be “in their fifties,” adding, “That just makes me laugh right there.” Next, Reeves explained that the proposed plot is that Bill and Ted are “supposed to write a song to save the world, and they haven’t done that.” He continued, “There’s the pressure of having to save the world… Their marriages are falling apart, their kids are mad at them… But someone comes from the future and tells them if they don’t write the song, it’s not just the world… They have to save the universe.”
Goldberg then volunteered to play the person from the future, which was fine with Reeves. After noting how she’d like to be in a movie with him, Goldberg pointed out that she couldn’t do any films with Dornan, who stars in there highly sexualized Fifty Shades franchise. When Dornan said he does some other movies that don’t require nudity, Goldberg joked, “Find some with clothes on, and I’ll come.”
Before the segment was over, Norton managed to get Reeves to play air guitar like his character Ted. Check out the video below of Reeves on the “Graham Norton Show,” discussing the plot of Bill and Ted 3.
