What I do know is that reading a magazine containing a story about someone does not mean you are dating the person the story is about. I say that they will work it out the way they need. I will also say that I hope they work it out because honestly, forgiveness and attrition are traits that more people should embrace. you are so right. The problem is Hollywood. The sex scenes. Do you know that in Cosmopolis the direction was given to Rob just have sex we will shoot. That is hard on any relationship. Rob has been friends with Katy Perry for years, even before he was cast in Twilight. She’s Shannon Woodward’s best friend, and Shannon was with Andrew Garfield for years. Andrew and Rob have also been friends for years and the whole gang of them used to run around Hollywood, back in the summer of 2008.

There are several videos of Rob and Katy coming out of clubs in a group of their mutual friends, this is not news to anyone who’s a real fan of Rob’s. Shannon’s birthday is in November, I believe, and they all always go to her birthday party in LA. Dont’ anybody kill me but I think Kristen and Rob have been wanting out of their “relationship” for a while and were probably waiting for BD2 to end it. And I got this from the comic-con last year when Rob said ” yeah yeah everyone is ok but after the last one (movie) I’m done no more” he said that after Nikki spoke then Kristen said something and Rob followed with that comment. I always found that statement odd because Kristen’s face dropped and she became very quiet.

At comic con this year they seemed irritated with one another and afterwards at the airport video you can see there is no contact between them which makes me think they were distanced and it’s more clearly as they go to board the plane she’s all hyped up giving the papps the finger and he’s way way behind her. It is a post by Ted Casablanca on his Twitter account and I don’t know what to make of it… Well, nobody seems to know what to make of it but I mean, if all of this was allegedly “arranged” as he puts it, is this supposed to mean that all of this was a PR stund? As I said, I am a Robsten-fan myself. But I don’t know what to believe anymore.

What do you think about this…

Robert and Kristen never really were a couple. But it was good for them and Summit to make it look like this because of the franchise. Now that the last movie is coming out they gradually want to let go of this fake relationship which would be a normal thing to do so that they can pursue their real lilves. But: how can you end a relationship like that without the huge fandom getting suspicious about it? It would be silly do it right after the final twilight movie coming out because then it would seem too obvious. It would also be silly to do it shortly before it comes out because then it would ruin the joy of the viewers. It would not be good to do it before an important event like Twicon where there is a huge Q&A and the risk of people asking unpleasant questions.

The best timing would be the summer after TwiCon. That still leaves enough time until the last movie comes out for the fans to calm down after a split. They will be sort of at ease by then and can happily go to the movies.

As for Rob and Kristen, they sort of get out of this without anybody doubting that they have ever been together.

But: How can you best create a split-up scenario? Would the fandom understand if they simply said “we have grown apart?”. Maybe a dramatic ending would be better. Rob however can not be the scapegoat because he is the most important part in the Twilight movies. So why not let Kristen be the loser for a while, many fans don’t like her anyway. So let her have an affair then.

I know, I know, I know this sounds all very weird. And as I said, I don’t want to offend anyone.
I hardly believe my own assumptions that I made here because – as I said above – I can’t and don’t want to believe that they would go as far as risking their reputations, box office sales and annoyed fans. And I have no idea why they have Kristen have an affair with a married man instead of any other man who is single and not attached. Would have had the same effect but without any major drama.

The other version is: wa it shamelessly planned by Rupert? Again, I have no idea why…

I actually hope that you will all prove me wrong with your comments. Be angry at me if you like. I can understand you. But please prove me wrong. Because I don’t want to feel fooled in such a way by the Twilight franchise. As I said, i can not really believe my own theory myself.. And maybe I am just another Robsten fan in denial.

The alternative to all of this would be that it simply is true what happened.
But that, I don’t want either. I don’t want Robsten to suffer like this. But I think the fans deserve a proper answer. Ted has said for years (through his blind items when he blogged for E Online) that R & K were in an “open” sexual relationship. He also insinuated that Tom Sturridge was Rob’s lover and Sienna Miller was his (Tom’s) beard. Of course, it seems rather odd to me that your beard would have a baby with you, and with all the openly gay actors in Hollywood that anyone would go to such great lengths to hide it as if we were still living in the 1950s. That being said, Ted could’ve posted that tweet to bolster these claims of his.

However, if there is some shred of truth to this, that R & K are in an open relationship, then it would make sense. The two may agree and actually fool around with other people and this time she got caught. She issued the apology mainly so that Rob and Rupert’s wife could save face. Though Rob has moved out of the house he shared with Kristen, maybe the two of them are holed up together somewhere having a good laugh at all this.

It also wouldn’t seem off that Kristen did this for publicity. She is trying hard to shed her Bella Swan image, so what better way to do it than this? If she and Rob approached this as just another acting gig, well, she’s done way worse stuff in her other movies with men (and women) than she did with Rupert in the car. She wants to be considered for “grown up” roles now and taken seriously as an actress. What better way to do it than this? Sure, she’ll lose some fans, but those fans were never going to go see movies like “On the Road” anyway.

I was never one who thought that R & K’s relationship wasn’t real. Nobody would go through that much trouble for years so that a movie would be popular. Think about them visiting each other on movie sets and taking vacations together and adopting a dog together – not even best friends do that kind of stuff. So only time will tell here. Eventualy they’ll have to be seen together to promote the last Twilight movie. They’ll have to come out of hiding and face this. And they’ll either be together or they won’t. Not one single person on earth except those two have control over their relationship. So as much as fans would like to see them happy and in love forever, it always has and always will be out of our hands.

Your reply made me think. Maybe Rob is or will consider giving up acting. He certainly has enough money. I’m going to this once more and then I am out of here! You judgemental people are getting on my last nerve. Who made you God to judge another human being. Again, why aren’t talking and discussing the murders of 12 people and injured 59 in Colorado. Why aren’t asking why such things keep happening in the United States. 4. Why Kristen? Think about it. She has been in the business since she was 9. Knows a lot of people and has a good relationship with everyone in the business. She was really making her mark. She was one of the three top young actresses. Where was Rob? No one knew who he was until Twilight. Sorry, but his movies have not made that much. Less so Taylor’s. Of the three Kristen was the one doing good. Rob even mentioned himself he was up for movies but lost out. Chris Hemsworth is doing Robocop whatever. Rob was up for the part and lost it. Of the two, Kristen would probably be the best to bounce back with a career.

5. Don’t feel sorry for Rob. This is all working out just as it was planned. Rob is getting all the good publicity from the break-up.

6. This was done for one of three reasons. a)They both wanted a break-up, Kristen is the one who gets the blame. So the god Rob will still have a career. b) Rob is gay and Kristen was tired for bearding for him, or c) Kristen was tired of his cheating (rumors, but where there is smoke there is fire) and wanted some revenge and acted out.

I didn’t like Katy even before I even knew she was a supposed friend of Robert and Kristen. Kristen must have felt like a 3rd wheel with all the texting that Rob was suppose to be doing when they were in Paris and before. She really didn’t need it because Katy has soooo many friends already and old Rob just had to see how she was doing. That would piss me off no matter how well our relationship was.

It makes me laugh also how they say poor Rob. He really liked to go to the strip clubs and even took his dad to one. Why, wasn’t Kristen enough?? Guess not. Hey Rob when you going to get off your high horse and get down here with the rest of us humans?

If he had no dick, he would definitely not get more women than me. Women will jump on him because he’s famous, but its only so much of a smaller thing, that women can take before they start cheating. Most women feel like they NEED a guy with a bigger penis because he knows what to do with it. Rob will always have women sneaking up behind his back. He’s just cursed to be good looking, but to have a smaller thang.
