Katy Perry & Rihanna NOT Going To Mock Taylor Swift At MTV EMAs, Despite Reports
Katy Perry and Rihanna are not secretly planning to mock Taylor Swift at the MTV EMAs on November 9, Gossip Cop is exclusively reporting. A number of outlets ran the wholly fictitious story that Perry and Rihanna were plotting to diss Swift, but if they actually reported and fact-checked stories like Gossip Cop does, they would have learned that Swift won’t even be at the EMAs. Whoops!
Leading the pack of know-nothings were HollywoodLife, the Mirror, The Hollywood Gossip, and Heat. HollywoodLife, for instance, quotes a made-up source, saying that Perry and Rihanna plan are going to “talk all the way through [Swift’s] performance and make fun of her dance moves.” And if Swift tries to engage them, claims that and other unreliable outlets, “They’ll walk in the opposite direction.”
While there may be bad blood between Perry and the “Shake It Off” singer, it will be mighty difficult for Perry and Rihanna to mock and run away from Swift since her rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “Taylor is not performing, nor was she even scheduled to appear at the EMAs this year.” Again, whoops! Gossip Cop will have full coverage of the MTV EMAs and what actually happens at the awards show next month. We guarantee you, if you come back to this story after the MTV EMAs, you will see that we were right and the aforementioned outlets were 100 percent wrong.
