Katy Perry is a master chameleon.

The pop superstar shows off yet another new look on the cover of L’Officiel – red hair.

Perry goes redhead with dyed orange locks for the French magazine’s September issue.

It’s not the first time the singer has been barely recognizable on the newsstands, and given Perry’s flair for re-invention, we’re guessing it won’t be the last.

    It does damage the hair, though rarely will any celebrity actually admit that the hair on their head is not their own. I mean think about it, constantly dying your hair, putting in extensions and taking out extensions, and all the other treatments in between is gonna ruin your hair. Though for this cover it looks like she’s wearing a wig and its just for the photo shoot but in general you get my drift.
