Katie Holmes NOT Pregnant And Marrying Jamie Foxx “In Paradise,” Despite Report
Katie Holmes is NOT pregnant with Jamie Foxx’s baby, nor is she marrying the actor in a secret “paradise” beach ceremony, despite a completely fabricated cover story from one of this week’s new tabloids. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s “all lies” and “totally fabricated.”
According to Star, Foxx and Holmes have supposedly been dating for three years and she’s now expecting his baby girl, which is why they’re allegedly fast-tracking a summer wedding. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “Katie is probably three months along, so they’re moving full-speed ahead because she won’t be too big when they exchange vows.” “I’m sure they’re going to make an announcement about the pregnancy at the wedding,” adds the publication’s specious source.
The magazine’s dubious insider further claims the pair’s supposed baby wasn’t planned, because they “always intended to have one after they got married.” The “source” contends, “They hadn’t committed to a wedding date since they got engaged last year, but they were working toward tying the knot by this fall, so it’s not that much of a difference.”
Of course, the outlet’s bogus report drags in Holmes’ ex-husband Tom Cruise, with whom Foxx co-starred in 2004’s Collateral. “Apparently he sent Katie, Jamie and Suri a touching message saying how happy he is for them,” says the tabloid’s seemingly made-up insider. The publication then piles on phony details about Foxx and Holmes’ nonexistent wedding, alleging that it will take place in Hawaii, the actor will be singing at the ceremony, and Suri will serve as the flower girl.
Despite how many times Gossip Cop has corrected Star and other tabloids for manufacturing similar claims about Foxx and Holmes, Gossip Cop still checked in with reps for both stars. The actress’s rep exclusively assures us the magazine’s cover story is “all lies,” while Foxx’s rep tells us the outlet’s premise is “completely untrue and totally fabricated.” There’s simply no wedding or pregnancy, nor is there a romance between Holmes and Foxx, as repeatedly (and wrongly) reported.
Star and its sister publications, such as OK! and the National Enquirer, have tried over and over to push the false narrative that Holmes and Foxx are together. In fact, this year alone, Gossip Cop debunked two almost identical Star cover stories falsely alleging that the two were “married and pregnant.” The ludicrous claims weren’t true then, and they aren’t any more accurate now.
It should also be noted that while a slew of outlets quoted “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Claudia Jordan as recently “confirming” Foxx and Holmes were a couple, Gossip Cop completely ignored it because we knew she wrong. Now, Jordan has acknowledged she had absolutely no proof of any romance between the stars.
