CLAIM: Diane Kruger Upset About Joshua Jackson Reconnecting with Katie Holmes

“Katie Holmes has reconnected with former flame Joshua Jackson — and sources say the hunk’s longtime honey, actress Diane Kruger, isn’t happy about it,” reports the National Enquirer.

The tabloid says that Jackson’s recent contact with Holmes in the wake of her divorce from Tom Cruise has upset Kruger.

“Even though Joshua’s relationship with Katie only lasted a year, Diane knows that it burned red-hot,” explains a so-called “insider,” adding, “I think that bothers Diane deeply.”

Jackson’s friendly phone chat with Holmes has awakened Kruger’s envy, claims the Enquirer.

“That kind of talk will have Diane green-eyed with jealousy,” alleges the tab’s insider. “I think she wants Katie as far away from her man as possible so she doesn’t get a chance to steal him back!”

Notice that the Enquirer isn’t even bothering to say Kruger is supposedly telling anyone she’s upset; the mag’s source is speculating that she feels this way.

Of course, she and Jackson have been in a perfectly stable, longterm relationship, and he even gave her a necklace worth $45,000 not so long ago.

A rep for Kruger tells Gossip Cop the story about her alleged unhappiness about Jackson and Holmes having a phone conversation is absolutely “not true.”
