Katie Holmes NOT Doing IVF To Have Baby With Jamie Foxx, Despite Report
Katie Holmes is not doing IVF to have a baby with Jamie Foxx, despite a report falsely claiming they’re “trying to get pregnant.” Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the story, which comes from one of the tabloids. A rep confirms to us the allegations are untrue.
The new issue of OK! quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “They’ve been talking about a baby for months now. They’re considering IVF if it doesn’t happen soon naturally. Katie’s even begun researching doctors.” It’s further said the actress has also “been reaching out to friends who’ve gone through IVF treatments to get advice.”
The magazine goes on to regurgitate its already-busted claim that Holmes and Foxx are also “planning to wed later this year,” noting, “So, they’d have their hands full with a new addition.” But the supposed “source” adds, “Katie doesn’t care about being a pregnant bride. The only thing that matters to them is being a family.”
And Gossip Cop wishes accuracy mattered to OK!. It was nearly a month ago that we corrected the outlet for its made-up cover story about Holmes and Foxx planning a “wedding & a baby.” That was after we pointed out another erroneous report that falsely claimed the two were engaged. Before that, we called out yet another wrong story from the gossip rag about the stars moving in together.
Seeing a pattern here? OK! keeps telling tall tales about Holmes and Foxx, and Gossip Cop keeps rightly debunking them. We can do so again now. A rep for Holmes exclusively tells us it’s absolutely “not true” she’s doing IVF to have a baby with Foxx.
