Katie Holmes is reconnecting with old friends since her split from Tom Cruise.
The actress reached out to former boyfriend Joshua Jackson, whom she dated when they both starred on “Dawson’s Creek.”
And though they lost touch over the years, Jackson revealed last week on the Canadian talk show “George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight” that Holmes recently called him.

“Like any old friend,” he said, “It was like, ‘Oh, hi how are ya? What’s going on?’ ‘I had a kid’ ‘Yeah, that’s crazy, I heard!’”
Jackson, who is in a longtime relationship with actress Diane Kruger, added, “It was nice. It was very nice, actually.”
