Kathie Lee Gifford was faced with a serious conundrum on Wednesday’s “Today Show.”

It was 10:02 in the morning, and the co-host simply could not decide what she wanted to drink: Champagne or red wine?

Gifford’s hand went towards the bubbly — then to the wine — then flailed back to the bubbly before finally settling on the wine for a grand total of four hand gestures.

The moment was made all the funnier by the fact that she and Hoda Kotb had just been talking about Jimmy Fallon making fun of their drinking on his show the night before, saying that like the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, the ladies were sure to stay “lit” all season.
