Kate Middleton teasingly suggested Prince William should consider a wig made out of alpaca wool during a sheep sheering demonstration in Australia.

On Friday, while at the Royal Easter Show at Sydney Olympic Park, Middleton made the playful joke about her husband’s bald spot after Lyn Crejan, a farmer from Glenn Innes in New South Wales, showed William a tuft of wool similar to his hair color.

“The Prince was interested in the alpaca, and as I showed it to them, the Princess said he should put it on his head,” Crejan told reporters.

“She said, ‘You need it more than me,’ and pointed to his head and he laughed,” said Crejan.

During their visit, Prince George’s parents not only watched a sheering display, but also fed apples to a merino ram named Fred.

With some help from its owner, the ram formally greeted the Duke and Duchess by lowering himself to one knee.

Even the animals are smitten by the royal couple!
