Kate Middleton, Pippa Middleton NOT “Both Pregnant,” Despite Report
It’s the new issue of OK! that announces the sisters are expecting at the same time, exclaiming, “One’s having a boy, one’s having a girl!” The cover further declares, “Kate will be 8 months along at Pippa’s wedding!” Inside the magazine, the story claims, “The news is twice as nice for the Middleton family: Sources say that not only is Duchess Kate expecting — her little sister Pippa, is too!”
“Just a few weeks back, Kate discovered that she’s expecting another little princess, and the buzz in Pippa’s circle is that’s pregnant, too — with a little boy,” claims the outlet, which notes Pippa “will now have to endure whispers about whether hers is a shotgun wedding.” But a so-called “source” says the bride-to-be and fiancé James Matthews are “totally in love, and they were going to get engaged whether she was pregnant or not.”
Now, says the tabloid, it’s unclear how the pregnancy will affect her nuptials. “While both girls would ideally want time to recover from the births, Pippa’s ceremony plans may be so far along they’ll be heading down the aisle very pregnant,” speculates the supposed snitch. And yet it’s never said when the wedding will be, despite the claim on the publication’s cover that Middleton will be “8 months along” for the ceremony.
Of course, Gossip Cop readers know that OK! isn’t known for having accurate cover claims. In February, for instance, the magazine said Kate was pregnant with twin girls (see below). And it was less than a month ago that the outlet said she and Prince William had been announced as the next queen and king, an untrue allegation that’s tellingly not mentioned at all in this new pregnancy tale.
Gossip Cop has said this before and we’ll say it again: The magazine simply doesn’t have real, legitimate or authentic royal insiders. The U.S.-based publication will not be breaking the news of pregnancy for Kate or Pippa. We can confirm that neither sister is as expecting, as claimed above.
