Kate Middleton Makes First Post-Baby Appearance At Trooping The Colour With Prince William And George (PHOTOS)
Kate Middleton made her first post-baby appearance on Saturday at the Trooping The Colour ceremony in London. Check out the photos below!
As Gossip Cop reported, Middleton and Prince William welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Charlotte, on May 2. While the royal couple and proud parents posed for the cameras with their new princess just hours after the birth, Middleton has not been since she left the hospital and returned home. That changed on Sunday, when Middleton returned to her official duties.
The Duchess of Cambridge first appeared at the Horse Guards Parade, where she rode in a carriage alongside Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, as part of Queen Elizabeth’s birthday parade. The event entailed regiments of the British army marching and doing a gun salute. Prince William was appropriately dressed in his full royalty military regalia, while Middleton wore a baby blue Catherine Walker Astrid coat dress.
Cameras captured Prince George watching from a window inside Buckingham Palace, adorably waving to the crowd below. He later joined his parents, the Queen, Prince Harry, Prince Charles and Camila, and other members of the royal family on a palace balcony to watch the parade continue on. Baby Charlotte was not seen at the event, though, as Gossip Cop reported, official pictures of her with Prince George were released just last week.
While Middleton’s maternity leave may now be considered over, she is expected to limit events to continue focusing on 1-month-old Charlotte and big brother George, who will turn 2 in July. See the new pictures of the royal family below!
