Kate Middleton NOT “Desperate” For Meghan Markle’s Hollywood Connections, Despite Report
Kate Middleton is not “desperate to befriend” Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle for her “Hollywood connections,” despite a made-up report. Gossip Cop can correct this fabricated claim. We’re told it’s untrue.
According to the serial fabricators at Celeb Dirty Laundry, Middleton wants to become pals with Markle because she “covets her top Hollywood connections.” In fact, the repeatedly discredited site goes so far as to allege the future Queen of England is beyond “desperate to befriend” the “Suits” actress. The untrustworthy webloid claims Middleton went from being “jealous of Harry and Meghan’s romance” to “seeing it quite differently” now, and feels she can “benefit” from having Markle around because the Duchess of Cambridge’s only wish in life is “to be a Hollywood celebrity.”
The absurd site, which has no sources or proof whatsoever for its concocted stories, further claims, “If Kate could have it her way, she would be rubbing elbows with the elite while dining at the best restaurants and wearing the most expensive couture names at celebrity events.” “And with Meghan by her side,” continues the ridiculous outlet, “it’s without a doubt that she’ll give her the Tinseletown connections she has long coveted.”
But that’s not all. The often disproven webloid contends that if Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship gets more serious, and the USA Network star becomes a princess, Middleton will use the actress to “help boost her own image and public profile.”
Before Gossip Cop gets to what an actual royal insider tells us, let’s examine this nonsensical CDL story. For starters, Middleton doesn’t need nor “covets” Markle’s “Hollywood connections.” More importantly, she’s already far more famous than Markle, and is always “rubbing elbows with the elite.” Middleton has no desire to become a “Hollywood celebrity.” And in the event Markle actually becomes a royal, the actress won’t be playing a paralegal on TV anymore, so she should be of no “benefit” to the Duchess of Cambridge with her “Tinseltown connections.”
Here’s the deal for the uninitiated: Celeb Dirty Laundry doesn’t have legitimate royal sources. It seemingly makes up a ton of stories. Just days ago, Gossip Cop busted the know-nothings at that webloid for falsely claiming Prince Harry and Markle split up. We also recently shot down a similarly fabricated article from the site, which wrongly alleged Middleton was concerned about the portrayal on the Netflix series, “The Crown.” As Gossip Cop accurately reported, those tall tales and scores of others from the outlet are lies. In any event, we checked with an impeccable royal insider and we’re assured the latest article about Middleton and Markle bears “no semblance to [the] truth.”
