Kate Middleton NOT “Ducking Royal Duties,” Despite Report (EXCLUSIVE)
Kate Middleton is NOT “ducking royal duties,” despite a new tabloid cover story alleging the princess is feuding with Queen Elizabeth over her supposed laziness. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the report.
According to the new issue of Life & Style, which hit newsstands Wednesday, Middleton has been nicknamed “Lazy Katie” by her royal in-laws for her alleged refusal to partake in official events. The outlet quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “Kate is getting a bit of a reputation for ducking out of royal duties.” And a supposed “Buckingham Palace source” even alleges, “She would never say this in public, but even Her Majesty described Kate as ‘Duchess Do-Little.'”
The magazine shames Middleton for recently attending Wimbledon and having a private meeting with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and then not appearing at a lunch honoring Air Force veterans who fought in World War II. Life & Style claims Queen Elizabeth was “furious,” and now “tensions are at an all-time high.” Of course, the tabloid has been babbling on and on about a supposed “war” between the pair for years, routinely putting out cover stories about how relations have gotten even worse.
But what’s REALLY gotten worse is Life & Style’s reporting. Gossip Cop corrected at least seven similar stories over the last year, and this is just more of the same inaccurate sensationalism. An ACTUAL Palace insider tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the magazine’s latest installment of this fake feud saga is entirely untrue, and notes that it was made known Middleton would cut down on engagements following the birth of Princess Charlotte. In other words, Life & Style should once again be ignored.
