Kate Middleton Bottomless Pics NOT Published by Danish Magazine

Kate Middleton “bottomless” paparazzi photographs surfaced on Friday, but Danish magazine Se og Hør was not behind their publication, despite reports.

The new pictures, showing the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing without her bikini bottom, appeared online two weeks after the French tabloid Closer first printed topless shots of Middleton vacationing with Prince William.

In the aftermath of those photos’ publication, Middleton won an injunction against Closer that halted the distribution of the controversial pics in France and filed a criminal complaint against the paparazzi who snapped them.

But other outlets, such as Italian magazine Chi, went ahead with the pictures, and the original French editor who released the pictures hinted that additional, more “intimate” images were out there.

Se og Hør had been reportedly behind the new “bottomless” pictures, but the Danish tabloid says it’s not true.

“This is not correct,” a rep for the outlet tells Gossip Cop.

    Guess they want to get sued, I doubt they have as many pictures as they claim to. Just because they are a gossip magazine, it doesn’t mean they have to; it’s because they want to. I guess they paid someone some money for those & needs the money from magazine sells to make that back lol
    Thank you GC for being one of the few websites that didn’t post the pictures. I haven’t even seen them & I don’t want to.

    I would think part of Ms Henningsen’s “job” is to use some judgement and common sense which should out weigh the “obligation” to publish pictures that have nothing to do with gossip and more to do with invading a person’s privacy. Just because they are a “gossip” rag doesn’t mean they can’t exercise some common decency.

    This is awful. If some photographer was in the woods half a mile away taking pictures of a random women undresed it would be illegal, and they would facepron charges. Because she is famous it suddenly becomes an obligation. WTF!
    At some point the royal family needs to shut down all the magazines for good. If I was william not only would I sue them but the photographer would have some serious he** to pay for not only invading her privacy but also completely violating her as a human being. I always wondered how celebs thought they could compare it to sexual crimes, to be harasse by paps, but apparently it can be one.

    I feel really bad for these people, no thing s privacy. You would think they would leavve these people alone after what they did to Princes Diana, but considering these come right on the tail of the pictures of Prince Harry its clear the photographers are testing the royal family again. My advice is to relentlessly sue them, and make getting the photographs not worth the risk. This is inexcusable.

    Yeah. Sadly, common sense and human compassion are not part of this type of job. It’s a negative, say-whatever-stupid-thing-works position. Editors and mags like this one are told do what ever they have to do, and hurt who ever they have to hurt to make money. And people who want to see flesh, who don’t care cause it’s not happening to them, buy into it. Everybody is obviously dispensible, it’s only the money that counts. =[

    She had to there was a possibility given whom she married too.We all know paps donot give sh@t about anything but the shot. Just dont give a chance to get it…and yes folks that means you donot take off clothes outside.

    No, not really. The definition of gossip is casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people. Taking photos of someone without their consent with a high powered lens from a long distance away and publishing them for money is something totally different. It is crime. If someone took naked pictures of you and showed them to the world, what would do? Simply call it gossip?

    If someone photographed you with a high powered lens from a long distance away, what would you do? If you were anything like me, you’d call the police because it is crime. Plain and simple. Just because of who she it or who she married shouldn’t be a factor.

    And this is why it should disturb everyone because it doesn’t matter if you are a future Queen of England a celebrity or just an normal person.We are all losing our right to privacy and for what,greed as it says in the bible whether you like it or not the love of money is the root of all evil in this world and for a few hundred thousand dollars people are willing to sell their souls just to make money and they don’t care who gets hurt or their image tarnished forever and it’s just getting worse.Jmo but I think it’s time that all these tabloids and paps get shut down permanently and that would get rid of alot of this nonsense.

    Obligation? My ASS! Unless it is a matter of national security or public health, there IS NO obligation here. Simply a greedy desire to make money and be recognized, even for 15 minutes. These publications have all lost every last vestige of a sense of decency and decorum and respect. People should boycott them.

    It is and does play a factor..when you know at any time,anywhere somewhere could be taking a photo of you,simply because you are married to Prince William. I would not give them the chance to get that photo, I would leave my bathing suit on while outside. Why is this so hard for people to understand???
    If Kate where my sister or daughter I would tell her the same thing.There are some things she will have to just give up as she gains a host of other privledges in her life. I like her from what we know,but even on vacation she must know paps are hanging around lurking somewhere.

    She has numerous photos from the past taken where she was drunk as a pig, showing her crotch in the back seat of cars {because she apparently could not keep her legs together literally}, photos too of her naked ass in Canada, the infamous yellow dress photos where she was stupid enough to go out in public wearing no panties , a breeze comes up and lifts up her skirt. Brilliant !!! Also she posed nude about 10 years ago , I found an old black and white very authentic photo of her nude. Just look through Google Images long enough to find it. You can tell it is not a fake.

    On You Tube see “Kate Middleton-Party Girl”. Why are the British people expected to pretend that she deserves any respect at all ? Why ? Because William finally married her ? And who is she ? What has she ever done ? B.S. that she ever “worked” anywhere— she is just a dumb bimbo and now there are MORE photos of her that she has herself to thank for.
