Gossip Cop spoke to Kate Major, who told us, “I’m devastated that Michael would stoop to this low to take [naked] pictures without my knowledge while I slept.”

She said her attorney will “take measures” against anyone who publishes the nude photos.

Michael Lohan is trying to sell nude photos of ex-fiancee Kate Major, according to a report.

A censored topless photo of Major is currently online, and a source tells Gawker.com it’s “part of a set that Lohan is now trying to unload to the highest bidder.”

In the snapshot, Major’s exposed breasts and an engagement ring from Lohan are visible.

Major alleges that Lohan assaulted her, and he’s been charged with second degree harassment.

Lohan is scheduled to be arraigned in court on August 18.

A former Star magazine reporter and once a member of Lindsay Lohan‘s entourage, Major also dated Jon Gosselin.
