“Bachelor Pad” star Kasey Kahl was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct in Fresno, California on Sunday morning, police officials confirm to Gossip Cop.

The on-and-off boyfriend of “The Bachelor” winner Vienna Girardi was hanging out with friends in front of local night club Habanos when police confronted the group for being disruptive.

He was booked at a nearby police station and released a few hours later.

A rep for the reality star tells Gossip Cop, “Kasey and his friends were hanging out outside of the club where police officers allegedly thought they were being too loud.”

The rep says Kahl briefly taken into custody, was “no charges were or have been filed against him.”

Police were unable to confirm details of the incident to Gossip Cop due to the holiday.

Kahl was a contestant on Ali Fedotowsky’s season of “The Bachelorette,” and recently finished taping VH1′s “Relationship Rehab” with Girardi.
